The fact that we have several active pvp guilds that are almost exclusively dexxers (orcs and brigands) is reason enough to change it, imo.

I like the idea of removing vendor fees, or maybe having a fee that's proportional to the amount of stock so there's a penalty for letting vendors...
That would kinda screw newer players who aren't in a position to buy or stock a vendor house... and would probably lead to more random small vendors...
Are there vendor malls here? Aside from that one on Ocllo I don't think I've seen any.
The busiest shard has skill balls, actually. And skill scrolls. And increased skill gain in dungeons. Just saying.
What about allowing reds into Brit, but not other towns? That seems to be where most new players go looking to gauge the population of the server....
Haven't read all of this thread yet, but... This makes a lot of sense -- why would someone with low dexterity be as fast at a physical activity...
