I thought I was going to use this more but I just haven't been and sitting on an unused house is annoying. This location is very close to one cave, kinda close to a second cave and a reasonable jog away from a third cave. I found that you can run between the three, kill the golems, smelt your ore and the spawning has started all over again. Despite the dense population of houses, this is a surprisingly quiet area.
