I'm sure this is known because it's been this way since I joined but here goes anyway: The spell status/effect bar will show reflect (et al) up when it is not, and it will show no spells in effect when they are in effect. Also, I would love to have a way to dispel your own buffs so one can refresh reflect or what have you easily.
