Doesn't matter from what angle or where you target the spinning wheel, it does not spin and says "try using that on a spinning wheel" I tried using it two different times today, several hours apart. Thus far I haven't found any other static spinning wheel with same problem. (but I have not used every one,have used a large portion of them) Thanks so much :}
