Yes, she kindly offer me to buy this place last week. I bought it without any hesitation but after some reflections... I perfer to focus on my 2 ocllo vendors and let this incredible shop to someone that will REALLY use it.

@Alice Asteroid... You won't regret that purchase. I would have loved to have kept it, but lack of free time I couldn't keep it restocked.
I plan to open it up to any friends who want to play the vendor game. I may sell things occasionally but don't play often enough to keep a regular vendor. Will take a couple weeks though. Real life has got me fully occupied!
