located south of compassion desert , mountain side , not much swamp spawn at this location, the patio houses are on each side of the Keep , i will be taking offers but will be moving out after the event ends and i have time to move all my stuff out of it , starting bid 8,5 ,mill bid increments 150k b/o none gold only i will start auction when i get moved out just letting people see this in advance!!
Will this keep come with a certificate of courtyard security? In all seriousness, I am very interested in the 2 patios. I know you are selling as a compound but if that changes please let me know.

I lived here before @Ragnar Lothbrok . I bought this keep my 6th month on shard by @Crunk Juice . I owned it for good 5 months. Never saw or had a visitor in courtyard during that time. Even if they did I had security setup to the point it did not matter. I gave ragnar all the runes I had for the keep also. Good luck with sale ragnar. Free bump pS I've gotten alot of zoo quest animals in that swamp next to it and if you want to train pets you can easily get a golem from the mountain
i am also leaving the pet training set up on the second floor if you would want it to whomever buys , easy to run a shadow ele up the stairs and into its stall
