Oh, not going below 4 mil because I'm selling it for exactly what I paid for it, and what is pretty much standard market value on decently located forts (Wulver's Yew Gate fort must be worth a fortune though)

oh and it's hard to keep up with people pming me so first person to post here that they want it, can have it regardless of what pms are sent, that's fair for everyone and keeps me sane, thanks

I'm going to downgrade to a tower somewhere I think, I hope an A^T guy buys this, you guys are slacking in the town ownage

Oh I moved it forward from where it is in the picture about 5 or 6 tiles, I wanted to get closer to the trees and block the small house spots that were open in front

I could actually move it back a few tiles and bridge it to my existing fort......

You'd have to fit a tower in between...
