    @Taliic, it's funny cause I was really excited about getting a villa. Bought this one from @Crunk Juice, and it's a really amazing spot. But it's just too much house for my playstyle, so hopefully I can sell this to someone that'll really love it.

    I'm following this sale because I live close by and want to know who will be my neighbor! I'm very surprised that there are still no bets, the place is excellent, and the villa is nice ... strange
