If you do not have a good location for your Rune Library, i also am offering a Large Tower bridged to small stone tower, all of the books currently reside here. location is between Minoc and Vesper, very attractive location with no rune libraries i know of in sight, considered keeping it but my goals have changed and so it must go. looking for 1.5mil or higher for this estate, and 2mil for the runebooks. so a starting offer of 3.5mil would get the wheels rolling. will entertain other offers if fair Gold is Good Plat @5k HC @3.5k I have the roof set up for 1v1 PvP duels, and had intended on running events or just player gatherings for dexxer mage type close quarter combat. have prizes and such. but alas goals change. the arena can be removed if requested, it is currently a lock down spot for my rares and such im selling but shall be as clean as needed when sold.
