Edit: Ive checked Yew and most places but could not find a vendor stocked with lockpicks but if you have one and you know that its stocked let me know where to find it and ill make the trip.( There was one in Yew,but since i bought the lockpicks its been empty for days).

With the above two offers i am now only looking for dungeon chest runebooks, Level 4 primarily but a level 3 chest runebook would be nice for the collection too!

My advise: Mark them yourself. You will hardly find someone to sell such a book. I never saw one selling them. I saw that Gideon added dungeon chest runebooks to his vendor in Yew recently (just north of the yew bank with the purple vendors). Some other runebook libraries have them as well (most probably Dalavars library in Cove too).

And if you are really desperate, I could make copy you mine. But that will cost you, time is expensive.

Yeah, uh... says right here in the Britain Intellectual Property code that it is a violation to copy protected runebooks without written permission from the owner of the original manuscript, as established by possession of aforementioned original runebook in a sealed and trapped GM lockbox.
