Lets stop the trash talk in a sale thread. No buyer should ever consider a house with a courtyard being sold to be secure. Regardless trash talk belongs in the trash talk forum. Telamon's right, there is no such thing as a secure courtyard. If someone tries to sell you one, you should investigate thoroughly.

Hi, I try to read every thread posted but there are a lot each day, If a user reports a thread we will respond and use the forum rules to make a unbiased call. And I know Chris loves you all in his special way I try not to inter fear unless asked and theirs a valid reason as I have before and users say they was only having a bit of banter Take care Samo
I have removed the posts up to here as 15 reports in 12 hours is a little OTT ? Guys its no good reporting a post then 20 minuets later report again saying why has there been no action taken? I live in the UK and believe it or not I do sleep.
