well technically its not because I could always mark runes in it before I sell it, but I am not like that.
That's a fairly tight Keep spot. You think anyone's had a keep there before? You live near there Koncept, you should know. I'd say it's about as likely that it is marked as it is unmarked.
No one has had a keep there that I'm aware of, but there was a large tower with a small tower bridged to either side of it that went idoc in December and Russell got a house placed in there after it fell along with Ebola and his crew (around 6 or 7 different peeps). And I saw them marking runes all over that area. So I would be really surprised if they didn't get at least one marked there.
Oh, yeah, the back wall of the tower was probably in the CY. Very very high chance of CY exposure. Thanks. Still a killer location and tight fit for a keep, worth the min bid at the very least.
I agree it's still worth the price. It would be a bad idea to buy it and assume the cy is secure though.
I specifically placed my small place saver in this red box region intent on perserving the cy as much as possible. I am the only one who has had a keep placed here two times since Ive played here. the first one was not sold it was redeeded. pill had placed a sandstone patio to the left of my small, the next day everyone except 1 person south had redeeded their homes so I think no one was aware a keep fit here. If someone had a lucky rune that went in the courtyard from the idoc chances are it is long gone and remarked at this point. The courtyard was exposed while the tower was there farther south, at least some of it.
