I'm selling a small marble shop placed 2 tiles from GZ in Occlo.

This is a fantastic spot to run a shop. Occlo is the paradise of Young players who avoid to leave the island, so they tend to buy whatever they need there (I certainly made Treasureman richer), and believe me, there aren't many options. Check out the photos and location below:

Bid Increments: 50k
Winner is the highest bid + 24h without other higher bid

Couldn't think of many more worthy people of owning such a fine property.
