I figured that, is it because its so close to guard zone? Or is it rare to find a house you can fish while in it?
first coastal house outside of east brit, secluded, near gz. Fishing has little to do with it...you can fish from hundreds of houses.
I was after this spot for a very long time. It's a cool little spot within two steps of the guardzone. Pretty secluded in the hiding in plain sight kinda fashion. Sometimes its better to "overpay" if it's a item/spot you cherish. No sense in playing games if you can just get the thing you want.
Makes sense, i get it now, this economy is hard to figure out sometimes. Best example is Sativa was selling a SST right in front of Cove Moongate and no one bought it until it ultimately sold for Deed price. Now someone is selling SST behind that one also near the moongate and the bids are nearly double deed price. Similar thing happened last month with a SST in Moonglow near town it didnt sell even for deed price then one for 50K more than deed price sold recently. Confusing
