hey there folks! I have recently upgraded my living situation and find myself with not much use for the first home I placed here on UO:R. This is bitter sweet because this was also my spot on OSI but I would rather someone get some use out of it than it just sit there for nothing! SOOOO here ya go, just post in here if you are interested This very secluded SST is just south of the Delucia cave entrance. (a great place to farm for newbies is the Phoenix, decent loot, they do not auto aggro and minimal people) House comes with a table wall entrance (for security, although I admit when I started I would reverse gate to town and dispel from inside my house thinking it closed it on the other side as well hehe) I macro'd fishing from the roof all the way 99.5 or so before hitting the open sea. (A simple walk to each side macro enables you to fish non-stop) and lastly there is a loom and spindle already placed to help get your cloth needs attained!
