6 Lich spawn in this area just to the south. Orc camp is to the west. Yew GY to the North East. Rat Valley to the East. 24 hours after last bid. Gold is preferred. Plat @ 6k Map: Yellow Circles are the houses. Blue Circle is the Liches A: SST SOLD SB: 250k BI: 25k Minimum As an added bonus, can mine from inside the house. It's sadly just an Iron Node, but will spawn Dull Copper Elementals. If you use a prospectors tool, you can get Shadow and Stone Elementals. B: Sandstone SB: 300k BI: 25k Minimum Largest home in the area outside of those belonging to the Keep and Castle. Right next to the Guard Tower sky walk. @Stormwynd not as close and secluded as the last one, but this might work for you as well.
The SST is one of my old spots. IMO, it’s one of the best spots for Liches. I don’t know why people want houses right on top of the spawn. I’d take this one over the SST right on top of the spawn everytime.
I disagree However These houses are close enough to the spawn to drop your gold without recalling and not just anyone can live in my lich tower!

Lich Loot: 260-350g 1 Mid Level Scroll 1 / 100 Level 3 Treasure Map 1 / 200 Plat Coin 1000 liches = 260k - 350k (gold) 20k (1 mid level scroll level 4 - 6 avg @ 20ea vendoring) 15k (5 level 3 maps @ 3k) 70k (10 plat @ 7k) --------- 365 - 455k total using averages listed from the bestiary.
