Hi folks,

Wood and plaster L-Shape, Log Cabin and a Small tower (with dock!) for sale as a group -





This is a very private spot. There's no passing traffic, no t-map spots, no camps. You see the occasional lost tamer and the IDOC checkers and that really is it.

I own the small tower just in front of these three houses, which I will offer it to the high bidder at deed price or redeed it when this is sold. The nearest other house is the Villa you see to the South on the map.

There's iron, copper and gold ore on the peninsular, and at least six oak spawns. Spawn is typical grassland/woods - animals with the odd orc/ogre thrown in. Amissa the wandering healer lives right outside the main house too.

All the houses are empty but I've left the dock, and a ladder plus trough on the log cabin.

Very regretful sale, I could've spent my whole UOR life here, but my kid wants "a castle" so I've bought a tower and this has to go.

I'm going to regret this sale for a long time, but I have a brief few years where my kid thinks playing UO with Dad is great, so if he wants a 'castle' so be it. I'll go back to a nice L-shape when he moves onto X-Boxes and girls.
