I am old to UO, but new to the server. How much is the deed price, and how long do I have to earn it?

Between a LJ dexxer that is fully online and a 6x (+Provo at 91) peace/provo bard, I can get decent money pretty quickly, but I don't know how much to save up and in what time frame you need the cash.

Cool. I can get that relatively quickly, but family, work and sleep will come first. The game is similar to when I started playing in '96, but my life is a fair amount more complicated.
