Rare drop from a royal mummy. Only 3 of these maces in hue 43 are out there.

Is the royal mummy sceptre (which is misspelled, I think) a renamed and hued mace, or is it an actual scepter?

What are the stats on the Final Blow war hammer? Are they normal WH stats or they GM or better?

I think it's just deco. I don't get any + tactics message when equipping it.
