I did not get my annivessary gifts.

    My accounts are 900 days old and I log on every day, yet I was told on all 3 of my accounts I do not qualify for the rewards, may I ask why and if this is happening to anyone else? I submitted tickets, but I'm anxious and been looking forward to this all year.

    Did you check your bank account? And did you log out and then log in? I would pm the GMs in IRC as well

    There are new account checks in place this year. Talk to @Chris I'm sure if this is indeed a mistake he will make it right.

    lol, the system message says the gifts are in your "bag".

    The bag is in your bank on the character you logged in with during the anniversary.

    In my case, the gift bags were in the bank box on the first character of each account.

    I also received a message saying I didn't qualify, even though my account is over 21 days old. I guess with my situation, I didn't 'play' long enough? (I just started playing again on this server)
