I believe what @STAVROGIN was saying is that - at the moment of your screenshot, you appear to be grey, in a guardzone, with the statue in your pack. Someone could have called guards on you to get you whacked (or maybe whack you himself), and then taken the statue from the pack on your dead body.
Oh my razor was not working at the time, but i was deff blue when i took the picture! Just appears i was grey
