    Selling this fortress on grass. Probably one of the most secure on the server, but I still practice good house security. Grandfathered placement with tree in the CY!

    I can vouch for this having always been Markos' fortress. Sad to see you part with it neighbor, but I hope it's not forever.

    Not to rain on the hype train but I'm fairly certain that's not a GF Placement as there is ample room around the tree in the CY. If the tree were touching an inside wall it would be GF.
