I have sold many things to BlackEye and he is sometimes difficult to get a hold of because he only tends to enter IRC when conducting business. Look for UOR_007. He has always come through... though there was one sale that I felt I had to put a lot more work into reaching him than the others.
Always had good business with black eye... I just think he may be busy shining up his Phoenix armor and snooping around.
In my opinion, you should exercise yourself in patience. When you (same with Bestial) expect everybody to answer within 48hours, you arent considering that other people have RL issues or life in different time zones etc. If you have such high demands from your trading partners, why dont you post that in your OP? Seriously. Now, that said, I will definitely stick to my 200k offer. And if you need the cash rly fast, put it on a vendor and tell me where he is, then we dont have to match timezones.
