Wind Bridge Impassable

I can't get onto the bridge between Windy Inn and Seat of Knowledge from the west. Crossing from the east is no problem. I first noticed this yesterday.

Who would cross the Bridge of Death must answer me these questions three, ere the other side he see.

There is also impassable bread in the Yew justice cells.

Don't even get me started on the bastard reagent west of Minoc Moongate.

@Christoph Brock it seems as if the bridge was somehow lifted up a few Z, or maybe the last few steps of the bridge were somehow removed. I know before, you could see the bottom of the steps of the bridge in the Inn downstairs, but now you cannot.

Also, my circle of transparency makes the bridge disappear. I don't remember it doing that before.
