Have you guys stop leaving runes to the shop outside of WBB for ppl to pick up? I know I picked up about 7-8 of them, when no one was at WBB.. like its the worst time of the day to put them there, so the guy laying them on the ground called me retarded =/. Logic escapes some people.
I haven't laid any runes out since a couple days after the shop opened. If this is still happening, somebody else who is not affiliated with the shop is doing it for some strange reason.
