I am not sure if this is a bug. I am probably missing something but. if i put on a bone chest of hardening and a orc helm of fortification i have 25 armor and stealth works but if i put on bone chest of hardening and studded sleeves of defense i have 23 armor and i get the message you could not hope to move quietly wearing that much armor.
