Not sure if this is what youre looking for but here is my mobile uo setup. I have a button set up for select nearest mobile, select next, select previous, attack, bandage self and then some vendor commands. If you are doing spellcasting or taming etc im not sure how much more that would complicated things. I only use warrior type characters when playing on mobile
