Im with mindless.. Even if this were deed + 50k I would be interested. Dagger isle is less than desirable for most people.. If this were north of minoc though.. either way good luck on the sale.
There is a market but at best a few 100k over deed. Sold (imo) the best lkeep on Dagger Island right at the tip with water on all sides I think for 1.3m. p.s. free bump
