Not having the time or energy to wait for two neighboring IDOCs to collapse, I left my toon logged in on my work computer hoping to see who was coming in to place the house/tower.

Mysteriously i didn't get killed (despite leaving a red hidden and logged in), but was disconnected. When i relogged, I found that one house had fallen, while the other seemed to remain standing with another house placed in the same foot print.

Any idea how this happens? Does this house have double storage?

I think that's some kind of cache thing. If you log in and out, the problem should be solved (or close the client). Or?

This seems to happen a lot to me, the biggest issue is that it's still a blocker (if you try to place over pieces of it the remaining house).

Also the only fix for me seems to close the client completely (not just logging in and out)

This fixed the problem - I just think it was weird that it, seemingly, wouldn' let me walk through the ghost tower.

That used to happen on prodo too, imagine the frustration when you wanted to place an idoc tower or something that'd sell for hundreds of real life dollars and you couldn't place cause 75 percent of the walls were still showing on your client :p
