I was macroing and suddenly I couldn't use any more skills. Regardless of how long I waited, or what skill I tried it would always say "You must wait a few moments to use another skill". Logging out and back in fixed it.

Sounds like your macro queued up too many use/functions and effectively choked Razor/Client.

No, I've experienced this before, but I can't explain the exact symptoms that led to it. I know for sure it wasn't a matter of too many requests; it was more like I stopped a macro, did something with that char, tried to start it again and got the same subsequent message that fooka described. Razor was my first guess; but it seems more like something is causing the cooldown period to hang indefinitely. Not to rule out Razor as still being the culprit, but queueing is likely not the cause; I was macroing hiding at least once when it occurred.

I had my timeouts set very conservatively, like 13 sec for skill cooldown. I'm using a new macro with only 1 sec cooldown (just letting it spam wait for skill) and it hasn't stopped yet.

So yea not sure where it's getting stuck but i'm doubting queueing up requests is the issue.

I've had this happen to me on occasion. Most recently lat week, during taming macro-ing. I couldn't nail it down, but it seemed to have something to do with Last Targets and targetting reticles that never got closed from activating Taming.

Sometimes Razor goes spaz on me and suddenly every hotkey is a restock agent.

It has also happened to me taming in particular. I believe it to be related to the moment in which you stop your macro. I'm not sure if just canceling the "target" by pressing Esc helps, but in another shard I think I was able to solve it by casting a targetable spell like Teleport and then canceling the target cursor. It is hard to recreate, but next time it happens to me, I'll test it and see if it works.
