Does anyone use an anatomy/eval mage? any recommendations on the build?

One of the more widely used PvP builds:

    Magery
    Med
    Eval
    Resist
    Wrestling
    Anatomy
    Healing
    One and Baler like this.

Since anatomy and evaluation int. gives you defensive wrestling. I have inscription instead of wrestling.

Bad move. Anat and wrestle gives stun punch. Critical aspect of that build.

Better off dropping healing for scribe, keep wrestle for stun.

Seems like it may depend on if you are going for a pvp or pvm build.

Bard or tamer is going to beat the pants of any straight mage build in pvm. I mean... The beauty of uo is you can do what you like build wise, but that won't be a very effective pvm build imo.

Fair enough. When I see a mage template like that, I am thinking pvp for sure.

If its pvm, then yeah stun is less critical. I would also agree with Kash though, if it's a pvm mage there are far better options.

It's also possible that you could have a tank mage:

    Melee skill
    Tacts
    Anat
    Eval
    Mage
    Med
    Resist
    Kash and NCCML like this.

I know that tamers and bards are the big money makers. If maxing your gold per hour is what is fun for you that's the way to go. With 15 character slots you can pretty much do it all. I like what I call the defensive mage build because I get the bonuses from inscription and am able to heal with magery, bandages, potions and wands if needed. Its a laid back enjoyable pvm style.
