Dare I ask what runics you're talking about including in this deal? 6-7 mil seems a bit extreme for a small tower even if it's in a good spot. Last time something this size went for this much was rezon's tower at yew bank, but you can bank from it.

A bit overpriced, sure. My point was that it wasn't Valorite. (Selling Verite for 80k is a losing venture...150k is a good sweet spot)
