Item is "an exceptional, industructible exceedingly accurate heavy crossbow of power". This is equivalent to a verite if archery could be crafted with a runic hammer, which they can't. Total damage is +11 (+7 from power, +4 from exceptional) making it more powerful than a vanq. There is no other weapon with a damage roll this high on the shard. It is not forted but I've never taken it ouf of the house. I think you are sniffing in a bit too much of that BBQ smoke. Seems like a reach to get Unternoober banned because of a comment you don't like. Just shake it off and move on. Server is dead as is to be banning people.
