I will be selling this package in one shot. It will include all the cloths on my chars backs, as well as everything in my one and only Fortress.
Acceptable pay types. These are the only items accepted, nothing else.

I would love bidders to place there bids with a break down just so people can watch, but I know it will be a pain in the ass, if you do have time it would be much appreciated.
Example Bid: 80mil -- 6 ethreals, 10 Runebooks, 2000 plat , 2500 hcoin and 25mil gold.

I will let this run 72 hours after the final bid, and allow the person 2 weeks after close to sell/ gather what they need to complete the sale. If they can't I will sell it to the next bidder and make it known.

The house comes with the decorations as is, and all the everyday stuff still inside.

Items: 2 piece plough, beehive w/ bees locked in cy, pile of skulls with spikes, a gravestone, a pole with shackles, 4x lava tiles, 425+ carpet pieces, 120+ Fishing net carpet pieces, 30+ potted plants and cacti, Fountain, 2x cannons, 4x white lamp posts, 2x white standing armors, 2 white lanterns, fire pit, blood pentagram, 2x bookcases, 20+ braziers, hearth fireplace, coffins, hanging skeletons.

Everyday / consumables/ building mats - 500+ tailoring 500+ smith bods. 120k misc ingots, 120k boards, 80k cloth, 10k each leather 10k of each reg Tons of wands, fort powder and other bod rewards.
Slayer set - All axes (the good ones mostly) 1 of each super vanq, 2-5 of each super power/force, a few lower end of each super slayer. Holiday slayers, one force for each Dark elf and Elf, might flame bane and frost bane. Frozen blade included (kryss vanq used in krump scrolls)
