Looking For The Owner Of This House !!

I would like to buy this small house outside of Minoc.

I'm not sure who the owner is but it is just a refresher house that no-one uses.

I would like to make a small public rune library out of it so would like to put it to better use than just a refresher house.

Do you own that Tower? It used to be mine and dropped. I want it back.

Your library will be close to mine then, a little above you i own the bridged tower and small tower which is set up as a LiB and has over 60 books completed. Just decorating before I open it for public lol.

Might be interested in selling my bridged tower and small stone with library. Also setting it up as a PvP house.

Yes @Thelax I put a book there but it vanished after a while.

I can't put a ghost in there and check journal because I switch computers for work etc.

If anyone wants to become a detective and put a ghost in there with a journal open. I would pay a reward upon purchase.

The house was refreshed Saturday but still no one owns up.
If it was a Fort or a keep etc I would understand it being refreshed but has anyone got any idea why you would refresh the smallest house in the game ??

Never understood it myself. Seems like a silly chore to constantly refresh houses you dont use. Truly is pixel hoarding.

I have no issue with people who have the largest house here. Its the dudes who have 6 of the largest houses here all daisy chained together that seems a little excessive. There really aren't enough active players here to justify what the real estate market is like.

With that said I can only offer my opinion on how I feel. Im not going to make a big stink about it since I only have about 2 years playtime here. If its the same or worse in a couple of years and Im as active as Ii have been and plan to be I will reconsider this stance.

In the meantime I have found a great home and Im working on several other spots that Im interested in...... as some of you will soon see....
