Rune Library list?

I know of a few, but haven't found any others. Possibly one with all GM lockpicking spots only?

Only LP spots? There's a set of picking books in the Brit Gate Library, Moonglow Arena Library and A^T Guild Library, north of Minoc.

Yes all the GM spots. I've have marked a few from your marble, but those seem to not be all gm spots.
Also a few listed in the mainland when used say [whatever the message is when you try to recall/gate to lost lands].
I would like the lvl 4 chest spots. I will check out the other places you mentioned.

Do we know if the lvl 4's spawn in the same spot/area as other free shards or are they different here?

No idea on comparison to other shards. Never picked anywhere but here.

There's quite a few lvl4 chests that spawn in the same spots as other shards, (ice fiends for example). However there seems to be more lvl4 chests on this server than others I have played. Best lp rune library that I've seen is just north of vesper gy. Believe its the same books that were recovered from the rune library that was south of vesper.

That library you suggested turned out to be pretty helpful, got some new spots from those books.

I will keep looking, 19 spots so far.

I used the Tater library to mark those books a while back when I started playing here but didn't make them public until Tater was dropped. I used that rune library multiple times a day
