It's time to fight back against Orcish aggression.

@King Xor has now resorted to attacking our coastline via orcish pirate ships, and sneaking into our fair city to brand our livestock. As Mayor of Cove, I have commissioned @RIN to lead our newly created Cove Militia to defend the city, territory and coastal waters. The Cove Militia will combat orcish aggression and take the fight to them, and drive them out of all of Cove's land and waterways. Can I join militia on a blue dexxer that belongs to another guild? At least your current fights with the orcs.

Whats great about a pure dexxer with no magery or resist is that it is super easy and fast to level up. Plus without the aforementioned skills, you have flexibility to have multiple combat skills. If you intend to join the militia... I strongly recommend having both archery and a close combat skill.

For the 7th skill I was thinking hiding for scouting etc. but am open to other suggestions.

Looks good! Quite close to my build. Identical except for the 7th, which I picked Fishing. I dunno why, I decided that route for a back story as well as this way I can replace another character slot that was dedicated to a fisher and turn him into something else.

I'm pretty excited about this idea. Is Alchemy allowed?

Potions are allowed with the exception of Explosion. If you decide this is something you'd like to try out, go ahead and get your character macroed up as we are having our first event this Saturday 10PM EST. If you need help with any macroing, just PM or IRC me!

Yay count me in! I'm gonna start training up my character now. Just have a question, what is the success rate with recall at 0 magery? whether its directly using reagents, from runebook or from a recall scroll. The last server I played on, it was 100% success recall rate from a runebook with 0 magery.

Excellent, join us in irc channel #Cove and we'll get you set up. Sometimes recall takes a while at 0 magery but at store bought levels 25 or 30 it works most of the time

At 30 magery recall from a scroll is about a 95% percent success rate.

You can mark as well but will fail quite a bit.
