Conveniently located houses at Trinsic priced only slightly above deed. Great opportunity for a starting player seeking a new home, quiet, minimal non-threatening spawn.

Buy separately, buy together, but just buy!

House A) Log Cabin. Right on the Trinsic Wall, a short run to the city's west entrance, and next to the SST in Lot B.

    S/B 110k - SOLD @ S/B Fenris Corp
    B/I 5k

House B) Small Stone Tower close to the Trinsic Wall, next to the log cabin in Lot A. Just as convenient to the west entrance and you get a nice lawn flanked by two pretty trees in front.

    S/B 89k - SOLD @ S/B Fenris Corp
    B/I 5k

Auction lengths - 24 hours if more than one bid, 48 if solo bid.

I take gold, or a combination of the house deed+gold.

    Thanks for looking!

    Fixed that for you :)

SB means starting bid and is the lowest amount the seller is happy selling the item at.

Your bid is higher than the starting bid and not necessary as no one else has currently bid.

BI means bid increments and is an indication of how the seller wants increased bids to go up by. In this case it's 5k indicating that if you bid 100k the next seller would have to bid 105k to usurp you.

BO means best offer and if placed immediately wins you the auction. This auction has no BO which is common.

    Welcome!

You are both correct and I am incorrect, I was on autopilot typing mode and made that mistake. BO stands for buy out.
