Long story short I am looking for a large home of some sort that isn't too expensive. I think I have around 1m in gold as well as plat and HC that I could throw in if need be. Location isn't a huge issue...so if you have something like that for sale then let me know.
My old tower! Man that thing is changing hands alot. GREAT spot. Lots of ratmen around to train skills and get loot. You can become a millionaire on the spined leather alone from there!

Heh! Yep. Just a little too busy for me, and I don't spend enough time farming to make it worthwhile keeping. It's a good time to sell, and now I have some cash to buy somewhere a little quieter. It sold fairly quickly. Glad you found somewhere, @Malefik
Absolutely @compsays I loved your location...but since I am just getting back into playing I just didn't want to spend that much on a house yet.
