Yep, it's runebooks this year. Making them drop with 10 charges would be cool - maybe even a different name since it's a runebook. "an elven runebook" would be legit - right @Hoominaga ??????

Why does it need to have 10 charges? Can’t you just throw 10 recall scrolls on there to get the charges, or am I missing something?

the charge limits the amount of scrolls you can carry.....this book has a 6 charge, so 6 recall scrolls.
