    Terms are located in the add.
    The Tower will be open for viewing for the duration of this auction.
    If no bids are received by 3pm CST this tower will no longer be for sale.

    **To be clear, bids will be accepted up to having "3:00 PM"(CST) as the time stamp. "3:01 PM"(CST) and beyond will not be accepted.
