    Not really trying to be aggressive. Just didn't want to discourage someone from trying to get what they want. I see these as having a value around 250-500k, depending on the style, so I wouldn't ever be bidding out of that range. Probably wouldn't bid more than 300 on this one unless the mood struck me.
